More making profit!
WHAT CAN NO-SHOW DO FOR YOUR BUSINESS
No-Show maintains a database of thousands of No-Show telephone numbers previously entered by frustrated businesses like yours.
When taking a reservation, No-Show allows members to search for the phone number in our database. If this number has previously been entered you will instantly be informed as to the number of occasions & dates that this customer has been a No-Show in the last 2 years.**
Your business then has the option to request a credit card number or deposit to confirm the booking or ask for full payment prior to arrival. Empty tables will be turned into revenue; you will save on staff costs & remove the frustration of wasted time setting up tables and follow up phone calls.
If the subscribing restaurant experiences a No-Show, it has the opportunity to share the booking phone number by registering it into the database. This will inform other businesses like yours & allow them to benefit from this new No-Show history.
Remember, if they have not shown at other restaurants they probably won’t show up to yours!
HOW DOES NO-SHOW WORK
No-Show will display up to 10 entries over a 2 year period for each No-Show offender.
The first occasion may be an oversight but we have all fallen victim to serial No-Show customers who have little regard for the well-being of our businesses. You will have the option of entering the offending phone number if you are not shown the courtesy of a reasonable excuse & apology.
Each venue will enter the same number a maximum of twice during this 2 years to allow a broad pattern of observation of an individual’s No-Show behaviour by other participating venues.
A No-Show entry will cease to appear after 2 years to encourage a new pattern of customer behaviour, which is ultimately the result that we all desire.
